Mark arrived at the arrranged time he was very polite and generally respectful of my property. He took a lot of care locating the leak which was not easy to access. He assesed the problem and spoke to me before the repair, giving me information about the cost. He took a lot of care and managed to do the job well. I paid him at the time as everything was very satisfactory and being just before a National holiday, a great releif to find such a helpful company and professional plumber.
Turned up on time and worked quietly and unobtrusively, keeping us informed of progress and quality. Demonstrated system cleanliness before tidying up and departing. Very professional.

Two days of professional and courteous work
Our roof cleaning service is carried out using specialist equipment to remove dirt, buildup and debris. We will ensure your roof tiles are be cleaned thoroughly, safely and to the highest of standards. All downpipes will be protected throughout the roof cleaning process.
Reacted quickly to an emergency leaking water tank and completed the job within four days. Everyone we talked to was very courteous and understanding, and the plumber spent a lot of time ensuring everything was working properly.
Provided a good value estimate for the work. Cost a little extra due to other parts required upon fitting. Emptied and refilled system and ensured everything was working. Worked efficiently throughout the day. Tidied up afterwards. Removed all waste including old radiators.
I phoned up EVO at 9am and by 11am they had already sent Jordan over to come and look at the leak. Jordan was professional, patient and really helpful at explaining everything to me. He was really courteous in the house and even texted me before he was due to arrive. Jordan explained what the cost were going to be from the outset and advised me prior to the works.He was quick efficient and really polite and patient. He undertook the job there and then, and before mid day it was all sorted. Can't recommend him enough. Honestly, such an effecient service. I am so happy with the new kitchen tap

EVO were great at being very proactive and contacting me to ascertain the problem. Aaron very kindly fit us in very quickly into his schedule. He was prompt, professional and extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem. The advice he gave us was so helpful, cost effective and practical. I was extremely impressed with the outstanding service and would definitely recommend EVO and Aaron for anyone with a similar job. Would definitely call again for any future plumbing issues.
