Boiler and heat pump error

Someone answered the Company phone promptly when I rang and Jordan called before he arrived in only 20 mins. My kitchen tap had suddenly gushed hot water from its lower joint when I tried to turn it off, spraying around the room so I had to turn off the mains. When he arrived, Jordan showed me the new tap he carried, clearly explained all the charges, and fitted 1it in place. He was very polite, efficient and proved a ‘knight in shining armour’. I thoroughly recommend EVO.
