When he arrived, Jordan showed me the new tap he carried, clearly explained all the charges, and fitted 1it in place. He was very polite, efficient and proved a ‘knight in shining armour’. Reacted quickly to an emergency leaking water tank and completed the job within four days. Everyone we talked to was very courteous and understanding, and the plumber spent a lot of time ensuring everything was working properly.

Urgent need to get a leaking pipe fixed. Had a confirmed same day booking for 3-5pm within 2minutes of submitting my request at 8:30am. Got a phone call at around 1pm that they could come even earlier at 1:30pm. On arrival the leak source was detected and fixed within the hour. Very smooth experience and will definitely be using EVO again.
