Steve has literally come to my rescue after is been left with an unsafe bathroom installation by another company, who really shouldn't be allowed to trade! He had to remove the toilet completely and build it up to the right height to flow away into the waste and installed it properly. He had to secure the bath, cut the side panel and fix properly to the bath and cut out all the mastic before re applying properly. He then remade the boxing in which had been left in an appalling state. He is the cleanest, tidiest workman I've come across and would recommend his services happily
I am very happy with the work done by Steve and team. It was not easy fiddling with the old bathroom, but they have done a good job and they charged me exactly as quoted even though it was more complicated than they anticipated. They were very polite and Steve also gave me valuable recommendations. There was a small leak in one of the pipe joints after their work, but Steve responded very fast and fixed it within hours after I told him. I will surely go to Steve for future work as well

The cause of the leak was quickly identified by Harvey and he fixed it within 15 mins. I was amazed as it had been leaking for a while and my husband had not been able to fix the leak! Harvey was courteous and kept me informed of timings so I knew exactly when he would be coming to the house. Would use him again when/if I have to and would recommend this company.
