Mark arrived at the arrranged time he was very polite and generally respectful of my property. He took a lot of care locating the leak which was not easy to access. He assesed the problem and spoke to me before the repair, giving me information about the cost. He took a lot of care and managed to do the job well. I paid him at the time as everything was very satisfactory and being just before a National holiday, a great releif to find such a helpful company and professional plumber.

Jordan arrived on time on Monday, 3 Feb and explained the problem. The power flush needed replacement. He immediately Looked on line for a replacement. The earliest available was Wednesday. He arrived a bit late, for which he had warned he had had an emergency, replaced the necessary parts in short order. Courteous, explained everything and did the job with no problems.

Excellent service, quick to respond to initial request for quote. Aaron was able to visit in the evening and diagnose the problem whilst getting our heating working in the meantime. New boiler part fitted soon after to have us up and running again.

I have to say every aspect of Steven's fault remedy and repair was first class from initial callout to job completion. It's great to find a tradesmen who is trustworthy and reliable and I have booked in further work with Stephen and EVO heating.

Jordan came to replace wash basin in downstairs toilet, however, basin was grouted to wall and base of pedestal and to remove would have damaged tiles on floor. After four hours of hard graft and clearing the drain blockage he reinstalled original basin, sealant used to refix to wall. I am very pleased with his work and would use EVO again. Jordan is a credit to his company.

I had a sink that leaked, which got a quick fix. Then got a few quotes and EVO was one of them. They were the best value for money. Provided the sink and the tap, all works better than it did before (wrong pressure tap on before) and very happy with the way it looks now. Jordan explained everything, came in and got on with it. Would recommend and would use them again!
