Alongside that they ensured that they made good as much as possible e.G re-laid the carpet as they had to take floor boards up, ensured that no air pockets in central heating etc. Even came back quickly the following day when we identified a minor problem with air trapped in bathroom pipe. Same day response to initial enquiry. Plumber available next day to view job required. Available on date required, which was short notice, to drain heating system to replace radiator valves with TRV's to be fitted by 3rd party. Very accommodating to request. Also fixed problem with kitchen tap.
